2. vouchers must be used by the date stated on the reverse side of the voucher
3. should the value of goods bought be lower than the nominal value of the voucher, the difference shall not be refunded
4. vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
5. it is forbidden to forge or alter vouchers, such actions may be punishable by law
